This is the place. Sky Glamper Khao Kho is romantic, with fresh air and good coffee, perfect for people who want the outdoors but love their comfort. No packing up, no pitching tents.
In the evening you watch the sun set in the cool air, have a Thai barbecue (moo kratha) for dinner, stargaze at night and wake up to coffee. Photographers won't be disappointed; you'll go home with loads of great shots.
You might think camping means crowds and no privacy. Not here. Sky Glamper Khao Kho sits on more than 17 rai of private land with only 14 tents, so it feels very private.
Coming as a family? No need to worry about tent size. There are 6 types to choose from: Small bell, Big bell (4 people), Family tent (4 people), Mini dome, Grand dome and Mini dome view point. We stayed in a Small bell. The bedding is as good as a hotel, but with nature all around. Best of all, you don't need to cram your car with gear. In front of each tent there's a sitting and cooking area with full camping equipment: table, chairs, stove, lantern, cooler and fire pit. Bathrooms are comfortable too, with a private bathroom about 5 to 6 meters from your tent.
Didn't bring food? No problem. Sky Glamper Khao Kho serves meals, including breakfast. If you'd like to try something new, you can also cook breakfast yourself. What you see here is the breakfast set they prepare, with drip coffee, which tastes even better with the morning view.
If you drive, there's parking close to the tents, so no hauling heavy bags. Guests can bring their own food and drinks. A fire pit and gear stand are set up in front of each tent. Eating in front of the tent is allowed in the morning only. The place is quiet and the tents are well spaced, so it never feels crowded. Fresh, tasty dinners are available but must be eaten in the designated area. Sky Glamper Khao Kho does not offer tent pitching, to keep it private for guests.
