Today Meeting Point is taking you to Sweet Cabin in Nakhon Nayok. The atmosphere is wonderful, with a cool breeze that makes you feel like you are on a trip to Japan. It is a sweet little shop with bamboo arches and greenery all around, and honestly it is good for the soul.

If you are visiting Nakhon Nayok, do not miss it. The shop sits next to the bamboo forest of Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram, just before the temple. Its bright, cute look and lovely setting are sure to win plenty of fans.

The must-try here is the soft cream:
- Hokkaido Milk Premium (imported): S 35 / L 65 / Cup 45 THB
- Uji Matcha Premium (imported): S 45 / L 75 / Cup 55 THB
- Two-Tone: S 45 / L 75 / Cup 55 THB
You can also add toppings: almonds 10 THB, brown sugar konjac 10 THB, sweet red beans 15 THB, matcha KitKat 30 THB.

The drink the shop recommends:
- Marian plum (mayongchit) smoothie. Super refreshing, and it is the first thing to sell out.

If fruity drinks are not your thing and you would rather have coffee, they have that too:
- Coffee: espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, caramel macchiato, mocha
- Tea and others: matcha latte, chocolate, Thai iced tea, lemon tea
- Smoothies: marian plum (the shop swears it is excellent), strawberry, blueberry
The menu is so long it is hard to choose, and the shop is bright and cheerful. Today we had the lemon tea, which was very refreshing, with fragrant tea and lemon blending perfectly. The vibe is adorable too, with lots of pretty photo angles and light Japanese-style decor.

The cafe sits in the middle of the bamboo forest, with Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram further inside. It is easy to find. Besides the ice cream shop there is now a community market too, so you can pay respects at the temple, make merit, take photos, sightsee and browse the market all in one trip. The market is small and does not have many stalls yet, but there is plenty of space, so it may grow if it becomes more popular. If you get the chance, we recommend it for an easy weekend break, since Nakhon Nayok is close to Bangkok and easy to reach.
