A classic building with a modern interior
We just can't keep a good place like this to ourselves, hee hee. White Dragon Cafe & Bistro is a new cafe on Yaowarat Road. The building is beautiful and very classic from the outside, fitting perfectly with the old community around it, while the inside is modern and relaxed. The service is excellent, with staff always looking after customers. Oh, and it is close to a bus stop, so it is definitely easy to find.
Drinks
We came in to chill, escape the heat and recharge with a cold Thai tea. The Thai tea here is very well made, with a really strong, rich flavour. You won't be disappointed. If you love tea and other drinks, there are plenty more options: milk drinks, coffee, and if you don't drink coffee, lots of other milk-based drinks, plus sodas and fruit juices to choose from.
Desserts
For dessert, we tried the soft cookie. Wow, it is huge, generous and not too sweet, and the listed price is just 3 baht. We ordered it because we saw the staff kneading the cookie dough right in front of us, and we couldn't resist. It was everything we hoped for. If you have a sweet tooth and love cake, there are so many to choose from that you will struggle to decide. Most importantly, everything is fresh and clean. You have to try it.
