What we ate

  • Mixed fillings: Chive, taro, bamboo shoot and jicama. The dough is just right, a little thicker at the folds, and shaped like gyoza. The chive filling is saltier than at other shops but very savoury. The sauce is sweet first, then sour, with a strong flavour. As good as the shop promises.
  • Fried kui chai: Crispy outside and soft inside, even better hot. Dip it in the house sauce and we guarantee you'll order more.
