The base is soft with just the right thickness, and the ham comes in big pieces, so every bite is full. Even if you are not a big cheese fan, it is not too heavy despite the amount of cheese.
Spaghetti
Another dish you should not miss. Even though the food is Western-Thai fusion, it keeps the Western character and the punchy Thai flavours in good balance. This plate is topped with crispy bacon for the Western side, plus fragrant holy basil and dried chilli to give it a Thai kick.
