On a dull day off or a rainy day, Meeting Point invites you to come and enjoy some tasty treats at Alice Cafe. The prices are reasonable, and the chiffon cakes are baked fresh every day.

Today Meeting Point tried the young coconut chiffon, the cafe's signature cake. It's tasty. The chiffon is very dense, unlike other shops, with big pieces of coconut meat, though the coconut was a little firm. There's no coconut cream inside and it isn't sweet at all, so if you're health-conscious and cutting down on sugar, we recommend this place. It's delicious and easy to keep eating. And if you want to try other kinds of chiffon, there are plenty of flavors to choose from.
For drinks, we had the palm sugar latte, which was really good: rich, creamy and fragrant. It comes nicely layered, which looks lovely. We were impressed by this one too. It isn't sweetened with refined sugar but with natural palm sugar, so it's smooth and just right.

Another thing we love about the cafe is its wide range of Thai desserts, which rotate so there's always something new to try. There are also plenty of Thai dishes, so eating here never gets boring thanks to these little twists.
The cafe also makes boxed sweets for gifts, and whether you're near or far, you can order through delivery apps.
If you're strolling around the old town or visiting Wat Ratchabophit to pay respects, the cafe is right across from the temple. And if you're ever on Fueang Nakhon Road, one of Siam's oldest roads, don't miss this tasty spot we're recommending.

Upstairs is a hostel called ISSARA by d Hostel. It's a great place to sit back and chat with friends on a free day in the cafe's warm atmosphere.
