There are four broths:

  • Mala broth, in beef or vegetarian mushroom flavor, with a choice of regular or extra spicy. The shop makes everything itself, from roasting the mala powder to the full spice blend.
  • Clear broth made from chicken bones simmered with Chinese herbs. A gentle option that is rich, well rounded and fragrant.
  • Tomato broth made from tomatoes the shop stir-fries itself. Sweet and sour, with pieces of tomato in the soup.
  • Black broth with dried fish. Rich, balanced and slightly sweet; everything you cook in it picks up the flavor.

You mix your own dipping sauce, and the shop posts recipes on the wall. Follow them or make it your own way.
